what is wellbeing coaching?

Wellbeing coaching is a 1:1 online session dedicated to you and your health aspirations. You’ll bring in a topic within health and wellness that you want to explore. Together we’ll meet you where you’re at, reflect, work through your blockages and set you up on a realistic path towards success.

You're stressed, overwhelmed and confused in the health and wellness space. You know you want to take care of yourself, but you can't get yourself to do it. You don't know what will work best for you, or where to start.

Too much noise in the influencer world, too little direction and guidance on a personalised path. Most of all, there isn't the accountability you desire.

You want a routine. A sustainable routine that flows with the phase of life you are in. A relationship with health and wellbeing that persists through the busy seasons and rest seasons of life.

You want to learn more about yourself throughout the way. Education about your body, insights into your thoughts, actions and beliefs.

You want to grow, you want to become better. Because something in you brought you here. Something in you believed in that possibility.

There are no quick fixes, no overnight dramatic shifts. Coaching won't immediately turn you into a completely different person, but with time, curiosity and inquiry, you'll build awareness one step at the time to learn more about yourself.

Internally, you feel a shift. The goals you had once put off now feel realistic, personalised and somehow, acheivable.

You celebrate yourself for small wins. You do the task your mind told you was hard. You're equipped with clarity, direction amidst the noise of modern culture.

But most of all, you know your vision, and why you're here. You know the feeling you're after, and are in the midst of working towards developing a healthy, compassionate relationship with yourself.

Knowing that there will be ups and downs through this lifelong discovery, you're empowered to navigate them, knowing that you're still an ever-evolving human being who makes mistakes (yes of course they're allowed!)

what to expect during coaching sessions

During the first session, we’ll hop on a zoom call, ground and get comfortable, then look at your overall vision towards health and wellbeing. Where you wish to be, and how you want to feel. Feeling embodied in your future vision and what you want to get out of your health pursuit. This “why” will set the stage for the process of change.

Subsequent sessions will follow up with a check-in on your goals set during the previous session. Then we’ll repeat the process again, diving into any topic within the health and wellness sphere.

Anytime you get confused, I suggest stepping back and reflecting. Coming back to the wellness wheel is also a nice option to align your phase of life with the pillars of wellbeing. But regardless, the time on our call is entirely yours, whatever you need to come with, whatever questions you have!

You're ready to take action. You are either starting out, have dabbled through a few workout classes, been to the gym here and there, had a routine before but stopped. You have goals in mind, but finding it challenging to acheive.

You aren't afraid to fail. This isn't the space for perfection. It's to allow you the chance to try, to experiment, and to mess up. Failure, though not encouraged in our modern world, is the best way to learn. So come imperfect, come as you are. We aren't here to blame or shame, we're here to inquire and get curious.

You know there's more to learn. You're ready to try options, to investigate and to explore further with an open-mind. Even myself as a coach, I'm still learning along the way, and learning from you, too!

You're willing to reflect. Coaching is a process of inquiry and reflection upon open-ended questions. There isn't a right or wrong answer, better or worse, because we're all so unique and different.

You're ready! You've decided that wellbeing coaching may be an option for you. Feel free to explore the options below and see what will work for you.

Duration: The reason for the duration choice (25-30 Mins OR 50-55 Mins) is according to the scope of your goals, and how often you'd like sessions. In the past, clients have expressed interest for longer sessions, less frequently. While some prefer shorter sessions, more frequently, for a check-in. The choice is yours!

Mixing Packages: To keep terms simpler, I suggest not to have two concurrent packages operating at the same time.

After payment for a trial, or 1 session, I will manually reach out to you via email to confirm your payment, and send you a booking calendar to schedule your session in.
