SERVICES
Services are stand-alone 1:1 sessions where you bring a topic of choice you’d like to explore. Great for those who want ongoing support within multiple areas of focus, with flexibility in time-frame. By having weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, this is also a great way to keep accountable with your goals, and/or to process any personal challenges.
Programs are based under a topic with a specific outcome and last a set time frame. They are tighter containers, designed to give you a dedicated block of time to focus. With a contained amount of time, programs are designed for you to learn, experiment and implement, while getting support, direction and clarity.
PROGRAMS
A talk therapy approach that explores the deeper patterns, emotions, sensations and beliefs that shape your thoughts, behaviours, relationships and overall wellbeing. Often the root to our struggles and challenges is based in unconscious patterns developed in childhood. Through compassionate conversation and giving ample space to feel, this approach invites curiosity and awareness to notice that the answers we seek are all within us.
Important Disclaimer
This service uses elements of Dr. Gabor Mate’s trauma-informed therapeutic approach. At this moment, I am not a certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner (yet). I am a currently a student in the year-long professional program, practicing the approach with what I have learnt thus far.

Free Complimentary Sessions — I’ll be needing case-studies to submit as part of my training program requirements. Some of these sessions may be recorded, to be shared with my mentor for my learning. Each client can get up to 3 free sessions.

In a world with fitness influencers and health experts, it’s easy to feel lost, overwhelmed and confused. What to do in the gym, where to start, how to develop consistency and discipline… it’s a lot! In addition to that, cultivating and maintaining a healthy, sustainable relationship with exercise is a job on its own. This program starts with an audit of where you are currently at regarding fitness. We then get on a coaching call to map out a plan and brainstorm ideas. Then we end with a week of asynchronous support as you implement.

We’re not here to shame and judge you for a 10+ hour screen time, we’re here to meet you where you are at, just as you are, to improve your relationship with technology. Not by quitting all forms of technology cold turkey, but learning how to use devices responsibly with a heightened awareness. This 1-Month program will have you explore how past childhood experiences influence your technology habits, and will leave you with actionable steps to improve your screen usage and habits.
