I stepped into my first yoga class at age 18 seeking to gain flexibility to assist my ballet training. Little did I know that moment would change the trajectory of my life, uncovering the start to a lifelong passion and career in yoga and wellness.
My primary styles of yoga practice and teaching are Iyengar/Alignment and Restorative, completing 800+ hours of yoga study combined. In addition to my yoga endeavours, I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher and have had more than 1000+ hours working with clients in these disciplines combined.
